How to find your transportation at the Airport:

If you are coming from international Flight (TERMINAL 2)

 1.- Once you pick up your luggage, you will cross the CUSTOMS DECLARATION

2.- After you cross the CUSTOMS DECLARATION you will go to the first exit, DON’T MAKE A STOP  THERE, you will see counters with umbrella’s stickers, the guys who will be there will offer you transportation and activities, THEY WILL ASK YOU the number  of the umbrella where your transportation is waiting for you and what is the name of the transportation company booked, PLEASE DON’T GIVE THEM INFORMATION. 

They are TIMESHARE’s OPCs, they will try to involve you with information and they will offer you “benefits”, they will try to sell you a timeshare during your stay.

3.- Go directly to the exit.

4.- You will exit to an internal area of the airport, again you will find  taxi drivers and more OPCs trying to convince you to take their transportation services. Please GO TO the EXIT.

5.- Once you are out of the Airport, in front of you, across the street, you will see a big umbrellas, each umbrella has numbers, Please walk to the umbrella 2 or 3 (next each other) and there will be a representative of DESERT TRAVEL (private transportation company), She/ He will have a sign of your name.

NOTE: If you are coming in a group in different flights you can wait for your family/friends there, the transportation companies and the umbrellas will be in front of you.

If you are coming from domestic flight (TERMINAL 1)

 1.- Once you pick up your luggage, you will cross the x-ray revision

2.- After you cross the x- ray revision, you will going to the first exit, DON’T MAKE A STOP  THERE, you will see counters, the guys who will be there will offer you transportation and activities, THEY WILL ASK YOU  what is the name of the private transportation company booked for you, PLEASE DON’T GIVE THEM THAT INFORMATION.

3.- Go directly to the EXIT in your RIGHT SIDE, there is a announcement that says:  “Grupos / Groups”

4.- Once you are out from the Airport, there will be a representative of DESERT TRAVEL (transportation company), She/He will have a sign of your name.
